Payment is still processing
The checkout has not reported the payment yet. Leave this page open: it keeps checking, and the key shows up as soon as the order is confirmed.
That order was not found
- The
s=value in the address is incomplete (copying a link out of a chat app is the usual way this breaks). - The payment just went through and the order has not been written to the ledger yet. Give it a minute and reload.
- The link was forwarded from someone else, or the key for this order was already collected.
Do not close the page yet. Note the order reference from your Creem receipt, then use the contact route described in the refund policy and the key can be reissued by hand against that reference. Buying again works too, but if you just paid, get in touch first rather than paying twice.
Checkout is not open yet
The payment channel is not connected, so no order has ever been created here. If you got this link somewhere else, that payment did not come to this site.
Everything runs on the free tier right now: up to 5 images per batch. Open the tool, or check the current status on the pricing page.
After you have the key
- What auto-activation writes: the key goes into this browser under tugui.license.v2, which is exactly what pasting it once on the tool page does. There is no second storage.
- It works without a network. The signature check runs in your browser with a public key shipped in the page. Once activated, processing images and verifying the key need no connection.
- Switching devices: the key is not tied to a device. Copy it across and paste it into the license field on the tool page.
- Lost the key: reopen this page with the order reference from your receipt (the address looks like /thanks/?s=ORDER) and it is shown again.
- Refunds and receipts: written out in the refund policy on the pricing page. Payments are processed by Creem (Merchant of Record), so the receipt comes from Creem and shows any VAT or sales tax charged.
